Like most, I am a mega fan of Beautiful Disaster and an even bigger fan of Walking Disaster. I LOVED getting in Travis' head. While I was excited about Trenton's book, I must confess I wondered how Jamie would do it ... how can another Maddox brother compare to Travis? I'm happy to report that I worried for nothing.
Beautiful Oblivion's "ace in the hole" is Cami. I seriously love her! She is the one thing that I personally think makes this story stand out. Abby got on my nerves at times (but not in a good way) and while Cami does too it's only because she doesn't see the amazing man in love with her. She's not a cliched heroine and I love that!
Love triangles can be tricky but Jamie NAILS IT!!! Don't be scared off if you don't care for them. Trust me, this book works!
Another thing I love about Beautiful Oblivion is that the time frame parallels Beautiful Disaster so Travis and Abby keep popping up and we get snippets of their story from a different angle. It's pretty cool!
Beautiful Oblivion is FANTASTIC! Trenton is FANTASTIC! He is not Travis and that is okay with me! Trenton is equally sexy and addicting and has a soft side that will melt everyone's heart! I can not wait for the world to meet Trenton Maddox!!!!
